Of course we also deliver outside the EU. You can place your order and, in addition to your order confirmation, you will also receive information about the amount of the shipping costs.
The delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified when ordering. It can differ from the billing address. The dispatch takes place with shipment tracking or if desired also by registered mail (Austria).
If problems have arisen during shipping (e.g. damaged package), please contact us immediately. In any case, we do not recommend accepting damaged packages.
There is also the possibility that the order can be picked up during the opening hours in the fabric shop and handicraft shop in Vienna. However, it is currently necessary to make an appointment by telephone or in writing.
